Built using a team of our own highly skilled tradesmen and local craftsmen this “one off” house is an example of the outstanding quality of work D.J. Ellis Construction Ltd is capable of achieving.

One of the most challenging elements of the project was the unique spiral staircase which was precision built to a high specification by local craftsmen and was installed in the absolute centre of the house.

Some of the luxurious internal features installed in the property included a steam room, a home cinema in the basement, en-suite bathrooms to all 5 bedrooms, massive free standing baths in the main bathrooms and bespoke glazed balconies to maximise the stunning location.

Practicality was also an important factor, therefore environmentally friendly and cost effective Solar Panel Water Heating & Rainwater Harvesting Systems were installed in this property.

The rear garden was carefully landscaped using high quality materials to incorporate a large swimming pool, choice of sun terraces, sheltered seating areas, external dining area  and outdoor lighting.
