Former Kemps Garage, Chillenden

The project involved a complete transformation of the site comprising the refurbishment and extension to both Ashcroft House & Ferndale Court.

Converted from the original house, Ashcroft House, with its carefully designed extension provides the attention to detail and quality of build that sets it apart from the ordinary. The new wings were constructed by craftsmen to blend seamlessly with the original to create an elegant and charming 5 bedroom property.

Designed in a contemporary style, Ferndale Court blends the traditional forms of the original barn with a slate roof and weatherboard cladding.

Each dwelling was built using cavity construction with roofs made from a traditional timber and covered using handmade clay tiles & accessories.

The external areas of the properties had carefully planned  landscaped gardens & private driveways with subtle lighting.

Of high importance is the fact that the project was completed on time, within budget and to the clients utmost satisfaction.
