Renovation of existing farm buildings to provide residential dwellings. 

Our directly employed team of skilled tradesmen completely refurbished the main structures of the farm buildings and carried out the necessary alterations to convert the buildings into seven high quality residential dwellings.

One of the main challenges during this project was to ensure the existing structures remained safe whilst conversion and refurbishment work was being undertaken. This was achieved by utilising a specialist shoring system to support the structures.

Carefully selected high quality materials also had to be procured for this project as the buildings were required to blend in sympathetically with the natural countryside around them.

As with all our work, our experienced management team are hands on throughout, enabling solutions and actions to be discussed at the optimum time to reduce delays, defects, design problems and budgetary constraints.
